Mission Of The Role:
To effectively convert leads into sales, ensuring exceptional service experiences and enhancing customer satisfaction, thereby upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
What Sucess Looks Like:
Successfully achieve a 50% quote-to-sale conversion rate. Retain at least 50% of initial cleaning services as recurring clients. Respond to leads inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly, adhering to a 99% response rate within business hours.
What Will You Do:
Manage inbound leads effectively, including prompt follow-up on calls and emails. Present service proposals that meet customer needs and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and home information. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
