Responsabilidades clave:

Analizar los materiales y productos en las diferentes etapas del proceso de acuerdo a especificaciones, métodos de prueba e instructivos establecidos por el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, para determinar la conformidad o no conformidad de los mismos (a través de ejecutar el plan de muestreo para garantizar la representatividad de la muestra de los lotes a evaluar)

Analizar las muestras de materiales y productos para determinar su conformidad o no conformidad respecto a sus especificaciones, así como registrar los resultados en el sistema RPP para mantener la evidencia de calidad de los mismos

Informar los resultados del análisis a las diferentes áreas para mantener la continuidad del proceso productivo

Vigilar y notificar la vigencia de los estándares para asegurar que estén actualizadas y garantizar los resultados

Resguardar las muestras de lotes de producción para garantizar la trazabilidad de los productos

Atender y dar respuesta a reclamaciones de productos, así como generar reportes de análisis que soliciten para mantener el servicio a nuestros clientes Ejecutar las tareas relacionadas con los sistemas de trabajo de la Empresa e implantados en el departamento, para garantizar su desempeño y cumplimiento a los objetivos establecidos.
Requisitos:

Carrera tecnica concluida o preparatoria o Ingenieria trunca.

Conocimientos en uso de calibradores y micrometros.
-
2 años de experiencia en Calidad.
-
Tener disponibilidad de rolar turnos (esquema 6X2).
