We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team at as Sales and Customer Service Representatives. As a representative of our agency, you will be responsible for helping our clients navigate the often-complex world of insurance while providing exceptional customer service.
The salary offered for this position ranges from $15,000 to $15,000.
Responsibilities include:
Selling and marketing insurance policies to potential clients
Maintaining positive relationships with current clients
Providing excellent customer service to all clients
Assisting clients in filing claims and resolving issues
Keeping accurate records and documentation of all interactions with clients
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required
