At MediaFrame, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Jr. Sales Executive.
For more than 15 years, MediaFrame has helped leading brands understand where and how to connect with their audiences. Through our experience, strategic perspective, and national and international reach, we develop relevant, high-impact advertising solutions.
What will your challenge be?
You will be part of our Sales Team, responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities with national and international clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Identifying potential clients and commercial opportunities.
- Presenting and selling advertising solutions.
- Following up with prospects and clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Meeting established sales and profitability targets.
- Negotiating and following up on commercial proposals.
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a commercial role.
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing/completed coursework.
- Conversational to upper-intermediate English for client communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Commercial mindset, initiative, and results-oriented approach.
- Easy access to the workplace.
What do we offer?
- Gross monthly salary of $15,000–$18,000 MXN.
