Resumen
To coordinate and execute Human Resources processes to ensure the attraction, development, retention, and administration of human talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws, company policies, and automotive industry standards.
Tareas y responsabilidades
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment processes for hourly, technical, and salaried positions. - Oversee interviews, assessments, and hiring processes. - Coordinate employee onboarding, transfers, and terminations. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. - Monitor attendance, vacation, leave requests, and employee data. - Ensure compliance with employment contracts and company policies. - Maintain positive relationships with employees and union representatives, when applicable. - Address employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Support collective bargaining agreement administration. - Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives. - Identify training and development needs across departments. - Coordinate technical, compliance, and leadership training programs. - Maintain skills matrices and training records. - Support performance management and succession planning initiatives. - Validate payroll-related information and employee incidents. - Coordinate employee benefits administration. - Support internal and external audits. - Prepare and analyze HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitor turnover, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness, and training compliance. - Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Estudios / Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. - HR certifications or postgraduate studies are preferred. - More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources - English (High-Intermediate)
