Position Summary:
The Business Solutions Manager (BSM) is responsible for identifying new prospects that can benefit from ALLDATA products, following up on leads, and upselling additional products to existing customers in their market.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete phone calls to perform discovery, needs analysis and provide product demonstrations.
Use a consultative sales approach to reach decision makers, properly assess the shop’s needs and match them with the right ALLDATA workflow solutions before closing the sale.
Conduct live product test drives and customer training as applicable for all products.
Record all activities/customer notes and manage customer opportunity pipeline within CRM with current and accurate data.
Work cross functionally to research and resolve customer issues. Collaborate on market opportunities with other AutoZone business units.
Perform ongoing product and sales training, gathering of market intelligence and monitoring industry trends.
Special projects/ad hoc upon request
Position Requirements:
- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study:
- Years of Experience: Three to five years.
- Type of Experience: sales/customer support experience
