We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and bilingual VVOE Specialist to join our growing team in Mazatlán.
In this role, you'll help verify employment information for U.S. mortgage loans by researching companies, contacting employers and CPAs in the United States, and ensuring every verification meets quality and compliance standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and working in a structured environment. No previous mortgage experience is required—we provide training.
What You'll Do
- Research employers and businesses using reliable public sources.
- Make outbound calls to employers and CPAs in the United States.
- Verify employment and business information accurately.
- Document findings in internal systems.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure all verifications are completed within required timelines.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong research and investigative skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in mortgage, banking, finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative operations.
- Experience in customer service or phone-based roles.
- Familiarity with U.S. business environments.

- Base salary: $16,000 MXN gross per month
