POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position provides analytical research and organizational support related to Supply Chain Security. This position is focused on the compliance of business partners mostly but needs to maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and standards for AEO around the world, including CTPAT and PIP.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Supply Chain Security & Compliance
Review and assess security practices of critical business partners for all BRP sites worldwide, ensuring availability and quality of audit‑ready evidence.
Manage and follow up on business partner action plans related to incidents, top risks, deficiencies, or audit findings.
Create, maintain, and control the 5‑Step Risk Assessment process for supply chain security risks.
Execute and maintain carrier authorization processes for all Mexican sites and support Transportation teams on required security controls.
Conduct and manage MSC (Minimum Security Criteria) assessments for all Mexican sites, in coordination with the GTS team.
Ensure full compliance with SAT requirements for OEA, including payments, carrier registrations and cancellations, partners, shareholders, and legal representatives.
Align with business partner security requirements, assessments, benchmarks, and customer compliance expectations.
2. Governance, Documentation & Regulatory Alignment
Review and validate fiscal addresses and legal representatives for AEO purposes, ensuring strong coordination with Legal, Finance, and GTS.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AEO, and applicable customs, security, and government regulations, support internal stakeholders with compliance guidance.
Support departmental requirements for security documentation collection, evaluation, retention, and control across all BRP sites.
Manage and update security procedures and processes for all sites in BRP, ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate standards.
3. Audits, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Lead and support internal audits, including onboarding processes and trailer inspections for Mexican operations.
Manage daily operations related to CTPAT, OEA, and other internal or external security programs.
Develop, monitor, and report Supply Chain Security KPIs using Power BI, driving visibility and continuous improvement.
Support the integration of security requirements across systems, processes, and operational workflows.
4. Cross‑Functional Support
Support initiatives from Transportation, Logistics, Shipping, and GTS teams as they relate to supply chain security programs.
Participate in special projects or additional security‑related duties as required by the business.
5. Corporate Values, Safety & Quality

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Advance level – Google suites, Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point and Excel
Project management skills with ability to influence and coordinate with stakeholders to accomplish goals
Ability to learn and work with multiple software Systems, use of smartsheets and jotforms.
Advanced English Speaking / Reading / Writing
Ability to build internal and external relationships to accomplish goals
Data Analysis: Power BI
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor: Specialty: International business, administration or global trade
Professional experience 3 to 5 years in administrative management / coordination
