CarInspections.com is a fast-growing U.S.-based company that provides pre-purchase vehicle inspections across the United States. We work directly with U.S. customers and a nationwide network of independent mechanics to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vehicle.
We are building our call center operations in Matamoros and are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are professional, courteous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from U.S.-based customers
- Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally in English
- Provide calm and helpful assistance, even during stressful or high-pressure calls
- Assist customers with scheduling inspections and answering questions
- Coordinate with mechanics to confirm availability and job details
- Provide updates on inspection status, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Accurately enter and update information in our internal systems
- Multitask efficiently between calls, emails, and web-based tools
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English — required
- Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner
- Ability to remain calm and effective during stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Comfortable using web-based systems and email
- Able to work with multiple browser tabs while on calls
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site
- Fixed schedule (details discussed during interview)
Compensation
$14,000 – $20,000 MXN per month, based on experience
