What You'll Do
As a Quality Engineer, you will help deliver high-quality software solutions by:
- Partnering with developers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value.
- Validating functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identifying potential risks early while helping teams build quality into every stage of product development.
- Supporting Agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and release readiness activities.
- Promoting quality engineering best practices and fostering a quality-first mindset across the development team.
- Supporting test automation initiatives and continuously improving software testing practices.
- Participating in root cause analysis and identifying opportunities to improve product quality and delivery effectiveness.
- Monitoring quality metrics and using data-driven insights to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Contributing to technical documentation, testing standards, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Continuously expanding your technical expertise while exploring emerging technologies, automation practices, and modern quality engineering methodologies.

We would love to meet you if you bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three or more years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, Software Development, or a related technology role within Agile environments.
- Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
- Experience working with test automation practices and quality engineering principles.
- Knowledge of C#, MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, REST APIs, Web APIs, and SQL database technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using quality metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and improving software quality through modern engineering practices.
- Conversational English (B2+) and Spanish proficiency. French is a plus.
