How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of factory HSE programs and management systems.
Drive a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction and serious incident prevention.
Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute HSE strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage incident reporting, investigations, audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
Monitor HSE performance metrics and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Coach and develop leaders and employees on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop the local HSE team while building organizational capability and engagement.
Support facility growth, operational initiatives, and capital projects with HSE expertise.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of HSE experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Previous leadership experience with responsibility for driving HSE programs and influencing teams.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, incident investigation, and safety systems.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to solve complex problems, lead change, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
