About the Role:
Culmen International is seeking a Mission Integration Specialist/Joint Fires Targeting Specialist to support operations in Mexico City, Mexico.
This role is responsible for coordinating joint targeting processes, supporting operational planning, and delivering high-quality targeting products in support of mission objectives.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:
- Support the coordination and execution of the JIATF-CC targeting process to develop actionable targeting products

Maintain, update, and disseminate joint target lists while ensuring operational deconfliction

Provide subject matter expertise in joint targeting to support strategic and operational planning efforts

Assist Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) in developing both lethal and non-lethal targeting options

Prepare and present targeting-related Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) products and briefings

Develop clear and concise documentation, including reports, position papers, and presentations

Manage and utilize classified information and materials in accordance with applicable security protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting targeting operations or closely related functional areas

Demonstrated experience managing the full targeting cycle and joint fires planning to achieve both lethal and non-lethal effects

Proven background in strategic and operational planning within a joint or Special Operations environment

5+ years of experience in Special Operations targeting

Strong proficiency with intelligence systems and tools on JWICS to support target development

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility

Ability to work flexible schedules, including night and weekend shifts as required
