Job Description:
The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for leading the technical execution of complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment between product performance, cost, and timing objectives. This role serves as a key technical authority and coordination point across multidisciplinary teams, driving engineering decisions and supporting project delivery from concept through production and launch.

Lead the technical execution of complex projects following the Product Development process.

Serve as the primary technical reference for cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Support project planning and execution to ensure compliance with performance, cost, and timing targets.

Present technical status, risks, and progress updates to project leadership and senior stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Project Leaders to align technical deliverables with overall project objectives.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; support the definition and execution of technical contingency plans.

Drive technical convergence activities and support escalation and decision‑making processes.

Ensure engineering solutions meet product requirements, quality standards, and manufacturability expectations.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical leadership roles.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong experience in New Product Development (NPD) environments with successful delivery of multiple projects.

Solid understanding of engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to lead technical problem‑solving and influence engineering decisions across teams.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management).

Familiarity with cost drivers and design‑to‑cost principles.

Technical risk assessment and mitigation planning.

Working knowledge of structured development processes and project management methodologies (PMBOK knowledge is a plus).
