DESCRIPTION
Positions: Assistant Stateroom Attendant | Stateroom Attendant
We are recruiting housekeeping professionals for cruise lines, responsible for maintaining guest cabins to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
These roles are guest-facing and require attention to detail, consistency, and strong service standards to ensure an exceptional onboard experience.

Support the Stateroom Attendant in daily cabin operations

Clean and maintain guest cabins, bathrooms, and corridors

Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies

Assist with bed making, turndown service, and cleaning routines
-
Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
-
Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards
-
Take full responsibility for assigned guest cabins
-
Perform daily cleaning, servicing, and turndown operations
-
Ensure cabins are maintained to luxury hospitality standards
-
Manage linen, amenities, and inventory within assigned area
-
Identify and report maintenance issues
-
Deliver personalized service and respond to guest requests

Cruise ships (guest cabins and corridors)
-
High guest interaction and service standards
-
Structured, detail-oriented operations
-
10–11 hours per day

7 days per week

Physically demanding (lifting, bending, repetitive tasks)

High workload with strict quality expectations

Assistant Stateroom Attendant: Ship experience required (minimum 1 contract preferred)

Stateroom Attendant: Ship experience required (minimum 1–2 contracts preferred)
Candidates without cruise experience will not be considered for these roles

Minimum 1 contract experience onboard cruise ships

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles

Minimum 1–2 contracts experience onboard cruise ships

Proven experience managing guest cabins independently

Mandatory for both roles

Candidates without cruise experience will not be considered

Strong knowledge of cabin cleaning standards and procedures
-
Ability to meet high-volume workload and strict timelines
-
Attention to detail and presentation
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards

English: B1 minimum (B1–B2 preferred)

Ability to communicate with guests and team members
-
CV in English (Harvard format), updated with no gaps

Minimum 2 verifiable reference letters

Valid passport
