We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality of an enterprise AI solution built around MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers. This role is well suited for a technically curious professional who enjoys working at the intersection of quality engineering and emerging AI architectures. You will play a critical part in validating the reliability and correctness of complex, agent-driven systems. Responsibilities

Analyze product and architecture requirements to define the QA strategy and determine test coverage for MCP-based AI solutions

Design and implement Python-based automated tests for MCP Servers, tools, resources, APIs, and integrations

Validate MCP protocol behavior, including tool discovery and execution, schemas, error handling, authentication/authorization, and integration scenarios

Test agent-to-MCP-to-tool workflows, covering positive, negative, edge, failure, and security scenarios

Validate the reliability, performance, scalability, and production readiness of MCP services

Define quality gates and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

Identify quality risks, investigate test failures, and collaborate closely with developers and architects to drive improvements
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with the ability to independently own test strategy and quality

Deep, hands-on knowledge of MCP Server/Model Context Protocol and its underlying architecture

Strong Python automation skills, including experience with API and integration testing

Experience testing distributed backend systems, APIs, microservices, and integrations

Good understanding of GenAI/LLM and agentic architectures, including agents, tools, prompts, and MCP-based integrations

Experience with CI/CD and modern automated testing practices

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements and architecture into comprehensive test scenarios

Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
Nice to have

Familiarity with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and managing test automation code

Experience with Kubernetes for testing and validating containerized applications and services
