Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Director to join our leadership team in Cabo, Mexico. This role is critical in driving revenue performance, developing top sales talent, and ensuring operational excellence across our sales organization.
The Senior Sales Director will partner closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic sales initiatives, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve aggressive revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer experience.
Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality, vacation ownership, or related industries
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts
Deep understanding of compliance standards and sales regulations
