We're Clifton CRE, a commercial real estate company based in New Jersey, and we're looking for an organized, proactive, and personable professional to become a key part of our operations and transaction management team.
You'll be responsible for keeping transactions on track, coordinating communication between all parties involved, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
This is a remote position. The role will begin as a part-time position (4 hours per day), with the opportunity to increase hours as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transaction files from contract execution through closing.
- Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, clients, and other parties throughout the transaction process.
- Track deadlines and maintain transaction calendars.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and landlord relationships.
- Support the preparation of property marketing materials and review marketing content.
- Maintain the CRM and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct follow-up calls and communications with landlords, tenants, clients, and prospects.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate is not required, but it will be considered a strong advantage.
- Administrative coordination experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English is required. You must be able to speak and write confidently, as daily communication with clients, coworkers, and property owners will be conducted in English.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
