Sr. Compliance Consultant – Operations
About the Role
Weare looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant –Operations to join our global team. This is a newly created roledesigned for a highly organized, execution-driven professional who can supportmultiple compliance initiatives across regions.
Thisposition plays a critical role in drivingoperational excellence within compliance programs , ensuring effectiveexecution of risk and control activities, and partnering with cross-functionalteams globally.
Key Responsibilities Execute and support compliance and risk control activities Conduct compliance assessments and assist in control program implementation Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Act as a utility player , supporting various operational and compliance initiatives Maintain and organize documentation and workflows (e.g., SharePoint) Collaborate with global stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations Support the development and updates of compliance training programs Ensure timely communication and reporting of project status and risks Drive problem-solving and operational improvements Assist in the execution and tracking of compliance frameworks and standards
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (in any relevant field) 8–10 years of experience in: Compliance, Risk, Controls, OR Project/Program Management (with exposure to compliance environments) Strong experience in operational execution (hands-on role) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Experience working with global / multicultural teams Familiarity with compliance programs, risk assessments, and control frameworks Advanced English proficiency (required) – ability to communicate with global stakeholders and leadership
