What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, luxury properties, financial services, or investment consulting.
- An active network of clients and contacts within the United States.
- Strong self-management, high energy, and a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly valued.
- Holding a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation or NAR membership is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and attract potential buyers and investors within key U.S. markets (with a focus on the Sun Belt region).
- Deliver executive-level presentations of Akún’s projects, highlighting the financial benefits and legal safety of the investment.
- Guide clients through the pipeline from initial contact to a successful close.
