We are looking for a Sapio LIMS Consultant to support clients by advising on LIMS operations, Oracle reporting, and configuration while contributing to migration-related initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead client-facing consulting to understand needs and translate requirements into functional LIMS solutions

Configure and support Sapio LIMS application features, including core functions and reporting

Build and maintain support and business documentation for processes, changes, and operations
-
Troubleshoot application and data issues using Oracle queries to support reporting and resolution
-
Coordinate with infrastructure teams and vendors to diagnose and fix application-related incidents
-
Deliver L1, L2, and L3 support while following change management for fixes and enhancements

Manage issues in an ITIL environment using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy BMC, or HP Service Centre

Update self-help and knowledge base documents to enable users to resolve common issues

Explain technical findings and recommended actions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience supporting Sapio LIMS applications

2+ years of experience with LIMS basic functions and Crystal Reports
-
Hands-on experience with Sapio LIMS installation and configuration
-
Oracle Database knowledge with ability to write SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting

Support experience providing L1, L2, and L3 production support

Change management knowledge for bug fixes, customizations, and enhancements

ITIL process experience managing incidents and requests in tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy BMC, or HP Service Centre

Consulting skills to translate user requirements into functional solutions

Strong analytical skills for problem solving and troubleshooting

Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written updates

English proficiency: C1 (Advanced)
