Professional Nanny & Family Assistant
Full-Time, Live-In or Live-Out | Interlomas & Possibly UK | 40+ Hours/Week

Early Learning Through Play, Care, and Connection
We are hiring a Professional Nanny & Family Assistant to support the young family of our CEO — a warm, respectful, and international household based in Mexico City.
This is a long-term, full-time role with a strong focus on early childhood learning, plus household and family support responsibilities. You’ll care for an energetic and curious 3-year-old boy, and help keep the home organized and running smoothly.
Our household is a mixed Mexican–British family that values kindness, trust, and flexibility. You’ll be joining an environment where your contribution is respected, and your role is seen as essential to our family’s wellbeing and growth.
Our family will move to the UK in either January 2027 or August 2027 for a period of 1-2 years, before moving back to Mexico City or to the USA. You will have the opportunity to travel with us, should you already be an important part of the family by then.
Responsibilities
Childcare (Lead Responsibility)
- Engage our son in play-based learning, storytelling, music, and early educational activities, of which we expect you to proactively lead (requesting materials when you require)
- Provide loving, attentive care: changing nappies / potty training, bathing, dressing, feeding
- Support emotional development and confidence through connection and routine
- Assist with evening and bedtime routines
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence
Household Support
- Keep child areas, common spaces, and the kitchen clean and organized
- Wash dishes, manage light laundry (mainly for the child), tidy as needed throughout the day
- Clean bathrooms and showers regularly as part of general upkeep
- Important: Heavier or deep cleaning can be supported by another long-standing household staff member
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals for the child and family
- Occasionally assist with errands or home organization projects
Driving (optional but bonus if you drive)
- Confidently drive the family vehicle when needed for school, outings, or errands
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Schedule (this is our preliminary idea and can be discussed. Morning shifts are possible if our other family assistant / driver agrees):
- Monday to Friday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
- Saturday or Sunday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Flexibility required – occasional morning shifts and paid overtime
What We Offer
- Highly competitive salary ranging from $15,000 - $35,000 MXN Bruto per month, depending on experience and performance at interview. Pay rises are very possible in a relatively short timeframe, with the ability to surpass $50,000 MXN in the future.

Requirements
- Proven experience caring for young children (ideally 3–5 years old)
- Background in early childhood education or nursery/kindergarten preferred
- Naturally playful, patient, and kind
- Organized and proactive in keeping a home tidy and welcoming
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record is a bonus
- Must have no criminal record (a background check will be required)
- First Aid certification for children is a strong bonus
- Must speak Spanish or English, although both is a bonus
- Must be humble, honest, polite, flexible, and trustworthy
