CloseBy Towing, a tech-driven towing dispatch company based in San Diego, is hiring a Bilingual Dispatcher to work remotely from Tijuana.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls for towing/roadside assistance
- Coordinate with drivers in real-time through our dispatch app
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish
- Type and log information while on the phone
Requirements:
- Fully fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous dispatch, call center, or customer service experience
- Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
- Clear voice, professional and friendly phone tone
- Based in Tijuana, stable internet, quiet workspace
- Full-time, daytime availability
