YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities aligned with AVL’s strategic focus areas (sustainable mobility, electrification, digitalization).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (OEMs, Tier1s and mobility stakeholders) in collaboration with the local sales team.
Analyze market trends (e-mobility, hydrogen, ADAS, software-defined vehicle, cybersecurity) and translate them into concrete business opportunities.
Define compelling value propositions and integrated solutions (engineering, testing, simulation, digitalization).
Manage the commercial pipeline, ensuring efficient opportunity qualification and conversion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product and operations teams to ensure competitive and feasible offers.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
Perform market and competitor analysis to anticipate industry developments.
Contribute to growth strategies, including expansion into new markets or segments.
Ensure business opportunities contribute to revenue, profitability and strategic positioning.
YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
Recent graduate or with initial professional experience.
Strong interest in business development, mobility and innovation.
Analytical mindset with commercial orientation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
