Leading luxury residential developer is seeking a strategic and executive-level professional to manage client relationships throughout all stages of high-end residential projects.
We are looking for a profile with strong experience in premium client relations, project coordination, change management, strategic follow-up, and client-company relationship management within the luxury construction industry.
Manage relationships with high-end clients throughout luxury residential projects
Coordinate project follow-up, client communication, project changes, and internal alignment
Oversee change orders, punch lists, warranties, and post-sale processes
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of agreements and client requests
Coordinate with construction, planning, budgeting, and management teams
Handle sensitive situations, client expectations, and conflict resolution professionally
Represent the company institutionally before high-profile clients
Licensed Architect (MANDATORY)
Experience in luxury/high-end residential projects
Strong background in premium client relations
Experience managing project changes and client definitions
Advanced English required
Revit proficiency is mandatory
Knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and/or Planner
Experience working with PMP methodologies, Lean Construction, or Quality Management Systems
Experience in strategic or management-level positions
Excellent communication, organization, and conflict management skills
Net monthly salary of $70,000 MXN
Additional gasoline and vehicle maintenance allowance
