In this role you will be responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused SCM support services while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations.

Lead, develop, and mentor the SCM Service Center team, ensuring high performance, employee engagement, and consistent delivery of procurement support services.
Manage day-to-day service operations, balancing workloads and monitoring performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
Oversee core Supply Chain Management support processes, including supplier onboarding, master data management, RFQ administration, purchase requisition and purchase order support, catalog maintenance, and invoice inquiry resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Purchasing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Engineering, Legal, and Plant Operations to drive compliance, improve service delivery, and support business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing processes, implementing automation, enhancing data quality, developing performance dashboards, and increasing operational efficiency across SCM support services.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, purchasing support, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments, including 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
Strong knowledge of P2P processes and enterprise systems, with experience in platforms such as Coupa (S2P), JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/procurement solutions.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive service excellence and support cross-functional business partners.
Experience in manufacturing environments, shared services or service center operations, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, process automation, and SCM transformation initiatives.
