Sierra Roof Inc. is hiring an experienced Remote Call Center Manager to lead and manage our appointment-setting department.
We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven leader who can manage people, maintain accountability, oversee lead flow, keep sales schedules full, and operate independently without constant supervision.
This is a long-term leadership opportunity for someone who understands how to run a high-volume remote call center environment and keep a team productive every day.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Remote Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire appointment-setting operation from A to Z.
You will manage a team of approximately 10–20 remote appointment setters and be responsible for:
- Daily team supervision
- Lead management and follow-up
- Appointment setting production
- Morning team huddles
- Dispatch coordination
- CRM management and reporting
- Appointment confirmations
- Lead recycling and follow-up campaigns
- Hiring and onboarding support
- Team accountability and performance tracking
- Maintaining a full sales schedule for the sales department
This role also requires hands-on involvement. The manager is expected to personally make calls, help set appointments, monitor incoming leads, and assist the team throughout the day when needed.
We are looking for someone who leads by example and operates with urgency.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Sunday through Friday
- Saturday off
- California PST working hours required
- Full-time remote position
- Must be active and available during scheduled hours
COMPENSATION
- $8–$12 USD/hour depending on experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 5 years of call center management experience
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience supervising appointment setters or sales teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume operations independently

You must have experience using:
- LeadPerfection
- WAVV
- GHL
- RingCentral
- CRM systems
- Multi-line dialers
- Appointment-setting systems
Preferred industry experience:
- Roofing
- Solar

- Real Estate Lead Generation
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Monitor appointment setter productivity and call activity
- Ensure agents are logged in, dialing, and following procedures
- Maintain accountability and team performance
- Coach underperforming agents and improve production
LEAD MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all new leads are contacted quickly
- Manage lead follow-up and recycling
- Reassign and organize campaigns when necessary
- Make sure no lead is forgotten or left untouched
APPOINTMENT & DISPATCH MANAGEMENT
- Dispatch appointments to sales representatives
- Confirm appointments before reps are sent out
- Handle cancellations and reschedules quickly
- Maintain optimized sales schedules
CRM & REPORTING
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and notes
- Track appointments, confirmations, and outcomes
- Ensure LeadPerfection and tracking systems remain accurate
- Monitor team KPIs and daily production numbers
TRAINING & LEADERSHIP
- Lead daily morning huddles
- Train and onboard new hires
- Conduct coaching and call reviews
- Keep the team motivated, focused, and productive
