We are seeking a Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to lead the vision, readiness, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered productivity across the organization. You will define the 365 Copilot roadmap, ensure data and governance readiness, build organizational capability, and drive measurable business value — bridging corporate teams and frontline workers. This role sits at the intersection of technology architecture, data governance, and business transformation within a mature Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization

Lead readiness assessments to ensure data and governance structures support Copilot deployment

Build organizational capability and drive change management for AI-powered productivity tools

Bridge corporate teams and frontline workers to ensure alignment on Copilot deployment goals

Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption and demonstrate business value

Collaborate with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders

Oversee governance, security, and compliance considerations tied to Copilot deployment

Guide teams through licensing decisions and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in M365 architecture, including tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale

Understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including how Copilot grounds responses and how data flows

Knowledge of information governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models

Familiarity with Entra ID and security practices, including Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, and Zero Trust awareness

Experience with Copilot Studio, including building custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents

Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot integration, Power Apps, and dataflows relevant to retail operations

Expertise in SharePoint and content architecture, including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management

Background in Viva Suite tools such as Viva Learning, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage, especially for frontline engagement

Skills in adoption and measurement practices using Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, adoption scoring, and ROI frameworks

Competency in M365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy, including Ignite and Build awareness
