Your primary mission will be to support our day-to-day HR operations, assist with high-volume recruitment, and serve as a key point of contact for our team members.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Communication Support: Translate HR documents, policies, and announcements between English and Spanish. Serve as a direct point of contact for both English and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with sorting resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee digital files, update HR databases, and track compliance documentation.
- Employee Relations Support: Help answer routine employee questions regarding company policies, schedules, and basic benefits.
- Daily Operations: Handle administrative tasks including managing HR mail, generating standard reports, and assisting with team engagement events.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Bilingual Proficiency (Required): Must be fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish. You will be tested during the interview process.
- Speed & Adaptability: Ability to thrive, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Learning Agility: A strong desire to learn HR processes, legal compliance, and recruitment mechanics. You don't need to know it all now, but you must be a quick study.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience Level: Open to all levels. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is a major plus, but not required.
