Ensure compliance with scope, timing, and quality of assigned projects.
Operational Execution & Follow-up

Monitor progress, risks, and pending items, reporting directly to the assigned leader.

Ensure disciplined execution through structured follow-up and activity tracking.

Document processes, agreements, and key deliverables.
Coordination of Teams & Third Parties

Coordinate efforts with internal areas (Finance, Operations, Transportation, etc.).

Manage external consultants, ensuring technical quality and objective fulfillment.

Integrate different areas and disciplines into structured solutions for the client.
Corporate Compliance & Risk Management

Identify regulatory and operational risks in client projects and operations.

Propose viable solutions aligned with regulations and business objectives.

Support the preparation of reports, evaluations, risk matrices, and required documentation.
TAG Development & Strengthening

Contribute to the standardization of methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Support the structuring of new projects and services.
