At HD Construction Equipment, part of Hyundai Group, we are currently looking for a Technical Training Manager for our Latin American dealers, stationed in Mexico. Applicants should have strong technical knowledge in Construction Equipment and experience conducting training at the dealer level.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training on our products for dealers and key accounts across Latin America
- Improve dealers’ product understanding through sales and product-related training
- Provide solutions for technical inquiries from dealers and customers, including remote or on-site field support when needed
- Develop online and onsite training content to improve training accessibility
- Support dealer capability enhancement across the region
- Communicate with HQ Global Training Center
This role requires extensive travel, approximately 1–2 training trips per month, depending on dealer training schedules and field support requirements.
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Machinery, and related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in Machinery Industry.
- At least 3 years of experience conducting product related training.
- Advanced English proficiency

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
