Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission and support automated conveyor systems.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment performance.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints and technical documentation.
- Participate in automation projects from planning through implementation.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance materials.
- Promote safe work practices while complying with company procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Automation, Robotics or a related Engineering field.
- Professional Degree and License (Título y Cédula).
- Advanced English skills.
- Valid Passport.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation equipment and control systems.
- Knowledge of conveyors, motors, sensors and electromechanical components.
- Experience performing equipment diagnostics and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S.
- Project coordination experience is desirable.
- Availability to travel to the United States up to 80% of the time.
