Senior MuleSoft Developer
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to help design, build, and scale enterprise integrations that connect critical business systems across the company. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can lead solution design, influence architecture, and partner closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, durable integrations.
What you’ll do
Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft and related APIs across enterprise platforms.
Provide technical guidance to developers and help drive alignment with architectural standards, best practices, and long-term scalability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into sustainable technical designs.
Lead solution reviews, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and improve reliability across connected systems.
Coach less senior engineers and raise the bar on engineering quality, maintainability, and delivery.
What we’re looking for
8+ years of experience building integrations in large-scale enterprise environments, with deep hands-on expertise in MuleSoft(including Data Weave)
Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, event-driven integrations, security, and enterprise integration patterns.
Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical solutions with measurable business impact.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction without direct authority.
Nice to have
Experience integrating with or building on Salesforce is a strong plus.
Background with Kafka, Five9 (or other Telephony Integrations), CI/CD, or enterprise platform modernization.
Experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
