JOB TITLE: SAP PP P2P Analyst
This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. We're looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to grow with us on this exciting journey.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead system enhancements, incident resolution, and project activities with full ownership.
Provide hands-on support primarily on SAP PP and for SAP P2P & Ariba (procurement processes, supplier collaboration, Invoice management, and Ariba Network integration)
Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
Drive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities.
Independently develop and maintain functional and design specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Support integration points with other SAP modules and domains.
Lead peer reviews of design standards and specifications.
Govern the transition and handoff from project delivery to application support teams.
Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
Mentor junior and intermediate analysts, and contribute to team capability building.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
University degree or equivalent by experience
Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP PP, P2P, MM, Ariba
Good understanding of PPP2P (MM) & Ariba integration with other SAP MM and Ariba modules especially with SD, TM, EWM, and PP.
Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.
Exposure to SAP PP module and its integration with P2P processes is highly desirable.
Having knowledge of SAP LE modules will be an asset but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Demand planning, MRP, Materials Management, Materials Management organization structure, PO/STO processes, Inbound and Outbound Deliveries creation, Inbound and Outbound ASNs.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Materials Management and Ariba (buying and Invoice, Guided Buying, Ariba Network).
Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes
High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers
Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
Training and coaching skills to elevate team performance.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions.

Availability:
Availability to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential. Note that this role will imply being available on irregular hours.
