We are looking for a seasoned SAP Retail MM/SD Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 application support. The role centers on managing incidents, resolving problems, fixing bugs, and rolling out small enhancements.
Responsibilities

Investigate and address incidents and service requests tied to SAP MM/SD processes in a Retail environment

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues and put forward sustainable long-term solutions

Handle the complete ticket lifecycle within ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, keeping alignment with SLAs and support KPIs

Work together with functional and technical teams, including third parties, to resolve complex issues

Spot and lead problem management initiatives aimed at cutting incident volume and boosting process efficiency

Capture known errors, workarounds, and solution approaches in the Knowledge Base

Configure, test, and roll out small changes and enhancements within SAP MM/SD modules

Draft and validate functional specifications for bug fixes and minor development work

Assist with transport request management and safeguard quality assurance across deployments

Deliver UAT support, coordinate with business users, and confirm solution effectiveness once deployment is complete
Requirements
-
No less than 3 years of hands-on professional experience as an SAP MM/SD Consultant

Applied expertise with SAP Retail, covering SAP Retail Master Data, SAP Retail Purchasing, and SAP Retail Sales

Solid knowledge of Replenishment, Goods Movements, Inventory, Order Fulfilment, Delivery, and Billing processes within SAP S/4HANA

Practical background in IDoc monitoring, interface troubleshooting, and batch job handling

Capability to perform debugging and coordinate technical fixes together with ABAP teams

Working understanding of transport management, system landscapes, and change control procedures

English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication abilities
