WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
As Client Experience & Sales Coordinator, you'll help support the daily flow of operations by:
- Answering inbound calls, texts, and inquiries
- Helping potential clients understand our services
- Converting qualified leads into booked appointments
- Scheduling and coordinating services
- Following up with prospective clients
- Supporting technicians with schedule communication and updates
- Helping resolve client concerns professionally
- Maintaining organized systems and records
- Communicating clearly with clients, technicians, and leadership

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
- Paid training period
- Base compensation after training
- Performance-based bonus opportunity averaging $750–$1,500+ per month
