Ana Global Mexico is seeking a General Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in warehouse operations, team management, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Technical degree or equivalent experience may be considered
Experience

5–8+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations

2–4 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Experience in manufacturing environments (automotive, electronics, medical device, etc.) preferred

Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations
