We are seeking a Communications Specialist to become part of our team.
You will function as a trusted communications advisor to Senior Business Leaders, transforming business priorities into communication strategies that establish alignment, power organizational change, and produce tangible business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Apply strong business acumen to swiftly interpret organizational priorities and shape communications around them

Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders on all communication-related topics

Lead strategic communications planning and deliver consulting support to internal leaders

Design and launch change management and transformation communications that back organizational shifts

Bring executive presence and help influence outcomes within complex matrix organizations

Craft and refine communications strategies to reflect changing business needs
-
Draw on AI to reinforce communications strategies, increase productivity, and speed up the adoption of new practices
-
Uphold an outcomes-focused mindset devoted to continuous improvement across every communication effort

Alternate smoothly between strategic advisory work and hands-on execution, creating communications, supporting key initiatives, and delivering high-quality outputs
Requirements
-
No less than 5 years of relevant professional work experience
-
At least 2 years in Lead, Manager, or Coordinator roles

A minimum of 1 year overseeing a team of 20 or more employees
-
Strong business acumen paired with the capacity to quickly interpret organizational priorities

Proven history of advising VP and C-level stakeholders

Solid foundation in strategic communications planning and consulting

Practical experience with change management and transformation communications

Executive presence along with the ability to influence within complex matrix organizations

Skill in shaping and evolving communications strategies to match business needs

AI fluency, with the ability to apply AI to enhance communications strategies, elevate productivity, and accelerate adoption

Outcomes-oriented mindset combined with a continuous improvement approach

Hands-on execution mindset, with the flexibility to shift smoothly between strategic advisory and delivery, developing communications, supporting key initiatives, and producing high-quality outputs

Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills at an Advanced level (C1 or higher)
