Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Community & Reputation Specialist to help manage and protect our online presence across all social media platforms. This person will be responsible for monitoring comments, engaging with our audience, identifying potential clients, and ensuring our communities remain positive and professional.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review comments across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Identify potential clients and sales opportunities within comment sections.
- Monitor conversations to identify spam, inappropriate, or harmful ("hate") comments and take appropriate action based on company guidelines.
- Escalate customer concerns or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.
- Help foster a positive, engaging, and welcoming online community.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice when interacting with followers.
- Report trends, recurring questions, and audience feedback to the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to read and translate English content into Spanish with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential customer inquiries and engagement opportunities.
- Ability to remain professional when responding to negative or sensitive comments.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in social media management, community management, or customer service.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience using social media management tools is a plus.

Pay: $8,813.95 - $17,000.00 per month
