Job Title: Presentation Specialist – Level 1
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Work from office)
Reporting To: Team Lead
Role Summary: The Presentation Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality documents and presentations efficiently and effectively as part of the client operations team. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on global client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel templates for global clients.
- Design high-quality presentation templates from scratch.
- Convert handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into professional slides using creativity and imagination.
- Format raw presentations according to client standards and templates.
- Deliver projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a self-quality checklist to ensure error-free output.
- (Optional) Utilize additional tools such as CorelDraw and InDesign (preferred but not mandatory).

Education & Experience:
- Freshers, professionals or students with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) basic experience.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher preferred.
Shift Timings:
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment with Rotating shifts in CST (GMT-6):
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Training)
- Night Shift TBD
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $13,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
