ABOUT THIS ROLE
The HR Business Partner reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the HR strategy for assigned global internal clients within RIA's Americas Hub.
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic business partner to leaders, with full ownership of the People agenda across assigned business units. The role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent readiness, leadership capability, and change, ensuring the business is prepared to execute current priorities and future growth plans.
The role operates in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, and highly demanding environment, acting as a strategic and consultative partner to leaders. The HRBP brings an end-to-end (Hire to Retire) perspective, supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and change initiatives while aligning People actions with overall business strategy.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic & Consultative Partnership with Global Internal Clients

Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned global stakeholders across the Americas.

Provide strategic and consultative HR support tailored to business-specific needs.

Translate business priorities into People initiatives aligned with HR strategy and operating model.

End-to-End HR Process Execution (Hire to Retire)
-
Ensure consistent execution and integration of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes in a regional/global context.

Partner with HR COE´s and shared services to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.

Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Readiness

Support workforce planning, role clarity, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Assess leadership and talent readiness to meet current and future business demands.

Coach leaders to strengthen accountability for People outcomes.

Change Management & Agile Ways of Working

Support HR-led and business-led transformation initiatives.

Reinforce agile ways of working, collaboration across regions, and continuous improvement.

Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors.

Employee Experience & Culture

Contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience across the Americas Hub.

Use engagement insights and People data to recommend targeted actions.

Promote company values and inclusive, high-performing team environments.

Policy & Compliance Support (Balanced Scope)

Provide guidance on HR policies and local regulatory considerations in alignment with internal standards.

Partner with HR leadership on employee relations topics as needed.

Ensure fair and consistent application of People practices.
Note: Regulatory strategy
, governance, and final decision-making authority remain under the HR Manager role.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a generalist, preferably in fast-paced industry, with a high level of activity

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience working in fast-paced, high-activity environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Experience partnering with business leaders in complex, dynamic, and matrixed organizations.

People oriented professional with broad knowledge of progressive HR practices

Capacity to understand business plans, challenges, priorities and be able to implement suitable HR activities in line with achievement of business goals

Strong time management
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS-
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment. May require additional travelling as business needs arise.
