Supply Chain Specialist
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining short-term transportation plans for finished products, ensuring alignment with operational goals, system accuracy, and smooth integration of new destinations. You also monitor transportation processes, tracks shipments, calculate capacity needs, and proactively identify improvements while keeping stakeholders informed of updates and delays.
Your role:
- Develops and maintains transportation plans for finished products, ensuring alignment with objectives, data accuracy, and adherence to established processes.
- Communicates shipment updates, delays, and issues to stakeholders, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and transparency.
- Analyzes transportation performance by monitoring system parameters, resolving exceptions, and identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce disruptions.
- Manages capacity planning and logistics operations, including transport decisions, stakeholder coordination for new destinations, and support for inbound activities and system accuracy.
You're the right fit if:
- You posses a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
- You have 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as order processing order management, or equivalent OR no prior experience with bachelor's degree, preferably with understanding of supply chain or equivalent areas.
- You are knowledgeable in SAP, SFDC or an equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- You are a customer-focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving skills. You excel at meeting tight deadlines, resolving escalated issues, and are forward-thinking with strong organizational abilities.
- Capable of communicating effectively using the English language.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a on-site role.
