The Material Planning Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of logistics processes and ensuring a continuous flow of materials to support production requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between Material Planning and Logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate tracking, and efficient supplier performance monitoring.
- Manage and coordinate the logistics process to ensure uninterrupted material flow and supply continuity.

Act as a bridge between Material Planning and Logistics teams to align priorities and execution.

Confirm and manage pickup requests with logistics providers and suppliers.

Monitor and track all shipments from origin (Point A) to destination (Point B), ensuring real-time visibility.

Collect and validate all required information to guarantee accurate and timely material deliveries.

Evaluate and monitor supplier performance related to logistics and delivery compliance.

Track and report logistics KPIs; support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for logistics issues.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Mexican and U.S. customs laws and Incoterms.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes, including digital strategy, data analytics, and BI.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Production Planning, Purchasing, and Vendor Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.

Advanced English proficiency (required).

Strong experience in logistics operations, shipment tracking, and supply chain coordination.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, SAP (preferred), Power BI or data analytics tools (nice to have).

Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, Material & Production Planning, Purchasing & Vendor, Management, Incoterms and international logistics.

Strong assertive communication skills, Negotiation capabilities, Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis, High sense of urgency and accountability, Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
