Snapscale is looking for Healthcare Virtual Assistants (HVAs) to join our growing team in Mérida, Mexico. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and patient support to established US medical clinics while working in a professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from patients and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) and verify patients' insurance eligibility and coverage
Assist with prescription refill coordination while following clinic protocols
Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and clinic staff
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical administration, or a related field
Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clinics, medical practices, or hospitals is preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology; medical billing experience is a plus
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) and fluent Spanish communication skills
Experience using EMR/EHR systems or healthcare management software
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional patient support
Must be willing to work onsite in Mérida, Mexico
