Elk Ridge Investments is a growing real estate investment company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We acquire, manage, and operate investment properties across multiple U.S. markets, including short-term rental properties and creative finance acquisitions.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to help manage real estate transactions from contract to closing.
This role is critical to ensuring that every transaction moves smoothly, deadlines are met, documentation is complete, and communication remains clear between all parties involved. You will work closely with sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, agents, and our internal team to keep deals on track and resolve issues before they become problems.
While prior real estate transaction experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone who is highly organized, learns quickly, and can confidently manage multiple moving pieces at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, buyers, sellers, agents, and internal team members
- Monitor transaction timelines, contingencies, deadlines, and closing requirements
- Ensure all required documents are collected, completed, and submitted on time
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records of contracts, disclosures, and closing documents
- Assist with transaction compliance and documentation requirements across multiple markets
- Communicate proactively with all parties to provide updates and prevent delays
- Identify issues that may impact closing and help coordinate solutions
- Support creative finance transactions, including Subject-To, Seller Finance, Hybrid, and Wholesale deals
- Maintain transaction data and workflows within our systems

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Experience with CRMs, transaction management systems, or administrative operations is highly preferred
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
