Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and experienced Financial Analyst to partner closely with our Financial Controller and leadership team in supporting strategic financial operations and business decision-making.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to financial planning, operational analysis, process improvements, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Financial Controller to prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management activities
- Develop financial models and provide analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions
- Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and increased efficiency
- Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Support audit preparation, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance activities
- Assist in improving accounting procedures, reporting automation, and ERP system utilization
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, audit, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- English proficiency required
