Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software applications and system functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and business requirements alignment.
- Identify, document, track, prioritize, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful software releases.
- Validate application behavior against business requirements, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, backlog reviews, and requirements discussions, providing quality assurance expertise throughout the development process.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing testing processes, methodologies, and quality practices.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and help improve overall testing efficiency where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, software testing methodologies, and validation processes.
- Experience working with defect tracking, test management, and quality assurance tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software delivery practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
