We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee all aspects of finished goods production, direct labor management, and compliance with safety and environmental standards at our new plant in Mexico. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and fostering a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with exceptional time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities while leading by example and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing:

Apply employee manual rules and regulations.

Apply all company, OSHA, state and federal regulations concerning safety, and environmental issues including air and water emissions.

Maintain a qualified direct labor and supervision work force.

Support a clean and orderly work environment and overall housekeeping.

Set a high standard of social behavior through education and by example.

MOS: PPMH, Scrap, Direct Labor and Safety.

Other duties and project responsibilities as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed:

Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science
- 6 years in related manufacturing environment

Sound technical skills, must be fair and impartial

Requires strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills

Self driven team player

Capable of working on multiple assignments

High level of time management ability

Ability to work and communicate with others

Ability to work different hours to accommodate plant requirements

Capable of performing under pressure and keeping track of multiple issues simultaneously

Highly organized with the ability to keep information readily available for review

Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
