Purpose Statement: Negotiate lowest total cost of ownership supply side component contracts for assigned commodities. Support sites in achieving customer satisfaction with associated cost, quality, delivery, and working capital.
Key Job Accountabilities:

Prepare and execute RFQs: Contribute to the Global & Regional Request for Quote (RFQ) Process, including quoting and repricing efforts, to contribute to cost reduction with a focus on lowest total cost.

Deliver site material escalation support through the parts expediting process (Plexpedite). Take swift action on part shortages so our manufacturing sites have the right parts to meet our customers’ needs.

Perform Plexus agreement loading, review, and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply.

Maintain data integrity by being detail oriented and tech savvy. Ensure clean data management to safeguard the operational metrics, which allow for quality decision making and management.

Optimize business processes with a LEAN mindset and an eye for continuous improvement. Drive out waste and downtime from sourcing tools, processes and systems to increase team productivity and value.
Education/Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
