Profile:
-College degree in accounting or related field
-1 year of customer service or data entry experience or working knowledge of bookkeeping, record keeping and clerical reporting procedures.
-Business Level English
- Proficiency in Excel
Responsabilities:
-Handle high volume performance-based invoicing for very large customers.
-Prepare, Maintain, and Review all accounts before entry in the general ledger.
-Prepare cash applications, and review before uploading
-Email Invoices and process credit cards updates, charges etc.
