✓ Manage and control the Quality department's document management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
requirements.
✓ Create, review, update, and distribute procedures, work instructions, forms, and records of the quality system.
✓ Keep the document master list up to date, ensuring the current version of each document in circulation.
✓ Coordinate the timely review and approval of documents with the area managers.
✓ Manage the obsolescence and archiving of controlled documents according to established guidelines.
✓ Support the preparation of internal and external audits (ISO 9001, customer, etc.) with respect to documentation.
✓ Provide training or onboarding to personnel on the correct use of the document system.
✓ Ensure that all quality system documents are current, approved, and available at the points of use.
✓ Comply with the document and record control procedures defined in the QMS.
✓ Ensure the traceability and confidentiality of documented information.
✓ Report any deviation or non-compliance in document control to the Quality Manager.
✓ Maintain order and accuracy in the area's physical and electronic records.
✓ Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and management system projects.
✓ Comply with the company's quality, safety, and hygiene policies.
